This Fig and Fennel jam comes in a small jar, but comes from imperfect fruits, saving food waste. This HUGE! It truly is the most delicious jam I have tasted, and fab with nut butter, or goats cheese, it packs a punch <3

The Yecora wheat grain was my first attempt at milling my own wheat. The flavour of my sourdough bread is now amazing! I really appreciate Sovereign Foods stocking a variety of wheat grains. So much fun experimenting!

I make soy milk regularly for the benefits of soy beans which could lower cholesterol and provide protein. I bought these biodynamic soy beans because they are free from pesticides and taste much better than the soy beans I bought from supermarket which is a bonus.

Pleased that I can go to a one stop shop & know that it is an Australian product.

I have been using heritage wheat flour for a few years & find it very good for bread making.

Beautiful flour, makes delicious bread. COURIERS: Unfortunately left the heavy bag downstairs, forcing my daughter to have to carry it up the stairs to bring it inside. I would have been unable to bring it up myself.

This product is excellent. Perfect dishes every time, even in semi-hard Brisbane city water. Great to support a local family business. Love the minimal packaging! I decant enough for a few months into another container and scoop it out with a teaspoon.

These are the best thing for homemade almond milk. No skinning required and makes very nice tasting milk. Very nice also in nut cheese recipes and vegan cream sauces. Very fresh and if stored in the fridge or freezer at home they stay that way.

This is lovely millet, it has a great flavour and nice clean pale yellow colour. I mostly mill it into fresh flour for my bread recipes (gluten free and mixed with glutenous grains/spelt etc.) but have enjoyed it as a cooked grain as well.

I’m new to the fresh milled flour world. Bought this to mill flour for bread and other baked goods that are 100% whole wheat. Based on the description, I presumed that it was a ‘hard white wheat’ which is normally used for breads.
I’m still playing around with bread recipes, so at this stage I’m unsure whether the grain is too soft for making a fluffy 100% whole wheat bread without added gluten flour. I’ve still enjoyed the breads we’ve made without adding any improvers.

The most surprising aspect, though is that I’ve successfully made 100% whole wheat recipes that require ‘soft wheat’. Soft wheat was unbelievably hard to find to buy in Australia but I think I’ve just found my go-to grain for milling and baking.
I’ve made the best pancakes, waffles, savoury crackers, and gingerbread cake I’ve ever tasted, all with 100% fresh whole wheat. So full of flavour, not to mention the high nutrition content you just can’t get with commercially produced flour.

Having been advised by my Ayurvedic Dr to eat spelt instead of wheat, these spelt pastas are the best I have tasted. I bought a 3 pack last time, and they're almost finished. I'm really disappointed the spelt pasta spirals are out of stock currently.
