During the week, things can be a bit crazy around the warehouse with trucks coming and going so we are only able to accept visitors at certain times. We offer pick up options in the checkout of the online store so you can book in a specific time that suits you. We also open our warehouse to the public every Wednesday from 1 - 7pm, or if you are a Northside peep you can visit our market stall at Northey St Organic Market on Sundays from 6 - 11am.
If you can get to us at Moorooka on a regular basis, you can sign up for our Midweek Members Market. To be able to order, you need to create an account on our ordering portal at lettuceshare.org/moorooka. This will allow you to place an order for fruit, veg, bread, dairy, eggs and meat, along with all our regular goodies.

Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions
A lot of our producers live quite remote, which means things can sometimes be out of in and out of stock while we wait for our next delivery.
If you are chasing something that isn’t currently in stock. Just pop your email in the form on the product page and we can email you when the item is back in stock.
If you haven’t heard from us for a bit and you are still keen, send us a message and we can let you know what is going on with that particular product. It might just be out until the new season.
You may have a large item in your cart. All 25kg products, once you take into account packaging, are a bit too big for standard couriers, so our cart says "no".
Unfortunately for now, you may need to settle for a smaller option.
We keep these in our shop for our local customers to be able to order bulk items for pick up.
We don't have much say in the size of the bags from our producers, but we are woking on solutions for those that would like a bigger than 5kg option.
We want everyone to be happy with their purchase.
While we would like to offer returns and refunds to everyone, this can't always be the case. Due to the nature of food products, we can't take returns. If we have sent the wrong item, or it has arrived in a less than stellar state, let us know. Email us as soon as you can with a photo and your order number and we will work something out that will satisy us both.

Helpful information
Due to the nature of food, we can not take returns on food products bought. If the wrong product is sent to you by mistake, arrived in a bad state or is of poor quality, shoot us a message and we would be happy to offer you a refund or credit. Have a look at our returns policy for more information.
Please note: due to the nature of organic food, please be careful of insects, particularly in humid conditions. None of our food has been heat treated or fumigated. Store in a cool dry place in an air tight container.
We aim to get your order out of the warehouse within 2 business days. Then it is up to the courier companies. Deliveries can take up to 10 business days, depending on where you live.
With everything going on around the country with covid, courier companies may take longer than usual.
If your order hasn't arrived after a within the time estimated on the order status page, please contact us and we will look into it on your behalf. You can estimate shipping shipping costs in the basket.
