Return Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns for food items.

All products are perishable agricultural goods and cannot be resold once they have left our control.

However, if there is an issue with your order when it arrives, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.


No Returns on Food Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering

  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery

  • Products held for extended periods before use

This reflects both food safety requirements and the nature of our products.


Natural Products

All products we sell are:

  • Unfumigated

  • Untreated

  • Minimally processed

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, this means:

  • Natural variation between batches is expected

  • Products may contain trace field material

  • Insect activity can occur over time if not stored correctly

These characteristics are not considered faults and are not grounds for refund or replacement.


Issues on Arrival

If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This includes:

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Missing items

  • Products damaged in transit

  • Product quality issues evident on arrival

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review each case and determine an appropriate resolution.


Refunds & Replacements

Where a claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

This will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will only be processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved.


Shipping & Return Costs

We do not require food products to be returned.

If a return is requested (in rare cases), it must be approved by us first.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Bulk Orders

Customers purchasing bulk quantities are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate storage conditions in place.

We are not responsible for:

  • Spoilage

  • Quality deterioration

  • Insect activity

arising from the storage of bulk products after delivery.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose at the time of supply, you are entitled to a remedy.
