How to use Sovereign Foods Rewards

Sovereign Foods Rewards lets you earn points when you shop and exchange them for discounts on future orders.

This guide explains how to check your points, earn additional rewards and apply a reward to your next order.

You can access your rewards through the Rewards button displayed on our website.

How much are your points worth?

Every 100 points can be redeemed for $10 off.

  • Your cart must total at least $100 to use a reward.
  • You can redeem a maximum discount of $30 per order, equivalent to 300 points.

Rewards at a glance

  1. Sign in using the email address you use when placing orders.
  2. Open the Rewards button on our website.
  3. Check your balance or select Ways to Earn.
  4. Select Ways to Redeem when you’re ready to use your points.
  5. Generate your reward and apply its coupon code at checkout.

1. Join or sign in

Sign in to your Sovereign Foods customer account using the same email address you use when placing orders.

If you don’t have an account yet, create one to start participating in our rewards program.

Important: Always use the same email address so your purchases and rewards remain connected to one account.

2. Check your points

  1. Sign in to your customer account.
  2. Open the Rewards button on our website.
  3. Your current points balance will appear in the rewards panel.
  4. Open your rewards history to see how you earned or used your points.

Points from a recent purchase may not appear immediately. They may be credited only after your order reaches the required fulfilment or delivery stage.

3. Earn more points

Open Ways to Earn in the rewards panel to see the activities currently available.

Depending on the offers available at the time, you may be able to earn points by:

  • Creating an account
  • Placing an eligible order
  • Referring a friend
  • Providing your birthday
  • Writing a product review
  • Participating in selected promotions

The points available and any eligibility conditions will be displayed with each activity.

4. Redeem your points

  1. Sign in to your customer account.
  2. Open the Rewards button.
  3. Select Ways to Redeem.
  4. Choose the reward you would like to use.
  5. Use the slider to choose your discount amount.
  6. Select Redeem for Points.
  7. Select Apply Coupon Code, or copy the code and enter it manually during checkout.

Every 100 points gives you $10 off. Your cart must total at least $100, and the maximum rewards discount is $30 per order.

Before paying, check your order summary to make sure the discount has been applied successfully.

Before converting your points

Once points have been converted into a coupon, they may no longer appear in your available points balance—even if you haven’t used the coupon yet.

Please check the conditions displayed with your selected reward, including:

  • The minimum cart value of $100
  • The maximum discount of $30 per order
  • Eligible products or categories
  • The coupon expiry date
  • Whether the coupon can be combined with another offer

Find a coupon you created earlier

  1. Sign in to the account used to create the reward.
  2. Open the Rewards panel.
  3. Look for your available coupons or rewards history.
  4. Copy the coupon code and apply it during checkout.

Refer a friend

If referrals are currently available:

  1. Sign in and open the Rewards panel.
  2. Find Refer & Earn.
  3. Copy your unique referral link.
  4. Share the link with your friend.
  5. Your friend should open the link and follow the instructions to claim their offer.

Your reward will be issued once all referral conditions have been met. Your friend may need to be a new customer and complete an eligible first purchase.

Having trouble?

My points are missing

Check that:

  • You’re signed in with the email address used for the order.
  • The order meets the reward conditions.
  • The order has reached the required fulfilment or delivery stage.
  • The products purchased were eligible.
  • Any applicable waiting or returns period has passed.

My coupon isn’t working

Check that:

  • You’re signed in to the account that created the coupon.
  • Your cart totals at least $100.
  • The products in your cart are eligible.
  • The coupon hasn’t expired or already been used.
  • Another discount code isn’t already applied.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Signing in allows us to connect your purchases, points and rewards to you.

How much are my points worth?

Every 100 points can be redeemed for $10 off. Your cart must total at least $100, and you can redeem a maximum discount of $30 per order.

Can I use points and another discount together?

We have set it up so that the coupon generated from the points are able to be used with other discounts. But depending on the order in which the system applies the discount, one discount may prevent or delay another from being applied. For example, if one discount brings you below the bulk discount value.

When will points from my purchase appear?

Points may be added only after your order is fulfilled. This allows for order changes, cancellations and returns.

Can I give my coupon to someone else?

No, Sorry. The rewards are linked to the account that created them.

Do points or coupons expire?

The idea is that the coupons are generated when you are ready to make a purchase. Once a coupon is created they will expire after 14 days.

What happens if I return an order?

Points earned from returned, refunded or cancelled items are removed.

Sovereign Foods Rewards is delivered using Nector. Available rewards and conditions may change from time to time. The conditions displayed with an offer apply when you redeem it.
