All products supplied are agricultural goods sourced direct from farms and are minimally processed.

As a result, they retain the natural characteristics of real food, including variability between batches and sensitivity to storage conditions.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, however dispatch times may vary depending on demand, supply conditions, and operational factors.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.
7. Transfer of Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Once delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of products.
8. Storage Requirements
Because our products are untreated and chemical-free, correct storage is essential.
Products should be stored:
- In a cool, dry environment, ideally below 15ºC and 50% humidity
- In airtight containers

Failure to store products correctly may result in deterioration, including spoilage or insect activity.
9. Natural Variation
As with all agricultural products, variation between batches is normal.
This may include:

Differences in size, colour, or appearance

Broken grains

Grain hulls or field material like chaff

Occasional presence of other grains or seeds
These characteristics do not constitute faults but the sign of a product from a working farm.
10. Insect Activity
Products are not fumigated and may contain trace levels of naturally occurring insects or eggs.
Insect activity may develop over time, particularly in warm or humid conditions.
This is an inherent characteristic of untreated grain and pantry goods and is not considered a product defect.
11. Returns, Refunds & Claims
We take care to ensure products are supplied in good condition at the time of dispatch.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for:
- Issues arising after delivery due to storage or handling

Insect activity developing after delivery
If there is an issue with your order on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide relevant details.
12. Bulk Purchases
Customers purchasing bulk quantities acknowledge that:

Additional storage controls are required, such as freezing or refrigeration.
- Risk of deterioration and pest manifestation increases with volume and storage duration
We are not responsible for spoilage, quality loss, or infestation resulting from the storage of bulk quantities.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or the refund of the purchase price.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or storage of our products.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
