This organic Chardonnay grape juice is made by Rosnay Organic from grapes grown on their vineyard near Canowindra in central west New South Wales. It is a preservative-free, alcohol-free juice that reflects the flavour of freshly pressed Chardonnay grapes.

About the grape juice

Rosnay’s grape juices are made directly from grapes grown on their certified organic vineyard. This juice is produced by pressing Chardonnay grapes and bottling the juice immediately after pressing, without filtration or additives.

The juice is pasteurised in the bottle at around 80 °C to stabilise it naturally. Nothing else is added and nothing is removed. Because the juice is unfiltered it may contain natural grape sediment, and the colour can slowly change after opening as the juice oxidises. This is normal for a juice made without preservatives.

About the producer

Rosnay Organic is a family-run vineyard operated by Sam Statham near Canowindra in the Central West of New South Wales. The vineyard has been certified organic for many years and produces both wine and grape juice from grapes grown on the estate.

Alongside their wines, Rosnay produces a small range of bottled grape juices made from the same organically grown fruit. The juices are pressed, bottled and pasteurised without preservatives, sulphites or filtration.
