About the Producer
Rosnay Organics is a certified organic farm in the Lachlan Valley of New South Wales. The Statham family have been farming organically since 1997, cultivating figs, olives, and grapes using regenerative practices and solar-powered processing. Their fig sauce is handmade on the farm using fruit grown in their orchards and processed in their own facility.
