Carefully polished to produce a versatile everyday rice, it's equally at home in simple family meals, stir fries, curries and salads.
About the Rice
Every rice variety has its own character, and how it's milled plays an important role in the finished grain.
White rice is produced by gently polishing the grain to remove the outer bran layer and germ. This creates a rice with a clean flavour, soft texture and reliable cooking performance, making it one of the most versatile pantry staples.
Whether served alongside curries, stir fries, casseroles or grilled meats, Biodynamic White Rice cooks into light, separate grains that readily absorb the flavours of the dishes around them.

Cooking & Culinary Uses
Biodynamic White Rice is an everyday pantry staple suited to a wide variety of dishes.
It's ideal served alongside curries, stir fries, casseroles, grilled meats and vegetables, or used in fried rice, rice salads and stuffing. Its soft texture and ability to absorb surrounding flavours make it a versatile choice for both simple family meals and more elaborate cooking.
For sushi and risotto, don't bother rinsing , it will produce a nice sticky rice. If you would to use it as a nice fluffy side or fried rice, rinse thoroughly to remove excess starch (with 3 or 4 times not being excessive) and add 1 ¾ cup of water to 1 cup of rice. Bring to boil and let simmer for 15 minutes or water has been absorbed.
