This golden-hued spaghetti is made from 100% certified organic Australian spelt and crafted by L’Abruzzese in South Australia using traditional pasta-making techniques. Extruded through bronze dies and air-dried slowly for 48 hours, the result is a silky, satisfying noodle with excellent sauce-gripping texture.

About the Maker

Founded in 1980 and still family-run, L’Abruzzese makes small-batch pasta in Adelaide, South Australia. They use traditional Italian methods—bronze extrusion and long, slow drying—while prioritising local, organic ingredients.

What is Spelt Spaghetti?

This spaghetti is made using organic Australian spelt flour and water—nothing else. It’s kneaded, bronze extruded, and slow-dried to lock in both flavour and nutrition.
