These lightly caramelised, honey-kissed macadamias are a celebration of Queensland’s native flavours. Grown and processed entirely on Stewart Neilson’s regenerative orchard, each nut is freshly cracked, dry-roasted, and glazed with local raw honey and a pinch of sea salt and a touch of organic cinnamon—nothing artificial, nothing heavy-handed.
They’re crunchy, buttery, and just sweet enough to keep you reaching back into the bag.
About the Grower
Ecodamia, run by Stewart Neilson, is a chemical-free macadamia orchard in Greens Creek, QLD, where 2,700 trees are grown across 10 regeneratively managed hectares. Stewart does everything on-site—from harvest and dehusking to cracking, sorting, roasting, and packing—ensuring freshness, traceability, and minimal food miles.
The orchard supports a diverse understory, pollinator populations, and rich soils without synthetic fertilisers or sprays. Stewart’s approach to farming is ecological and whole-of-system, focused on soil health, biodiversity, and long-term sustainability.
