Grown, roasted and packed in small batches on Stewart Neilson's certified organic orchard near Gympie, these Australian macadamias are glazed with local raw honey, a pinch of Celtic sea salt and a touch of organic cinnamon. Lightly caramelised and vacuum sealed in glass, they deliver the perfect balance of buttery crunch and natural sweetness.

About the Macadamias

Stewart starts with premium Australian macadamias grown on his certified organic orchard before dry roasting them in small batches. Each batch is then glazed with local raw honey, finished with a pinch of Celtic sea salt and a touch of organic cinnamon, creating a light caramelised coating that enhances the rich, buttery flavour of the macadamias without overpowering it.

Packed into a vacuum-sealed glass jar, they're as fresh as the day they left the orchard.

About the Grower

Stewart Neilson and his family grow, process and pack every macadamia on their farm at Greens Creek, near Gympie in Queensland. Every step—from harvesting and cracking through to roasting, glazing and packing—is completed on the farm, ensuring exceptional freshness and complete traceability.

Today, the orchard is managed under certified organic standards, reflecting Stewart's long-standing commitment to producing premium macadamias while caring for the land. Every jar represents the work of a single family farm, with quality and freshness maintained from orchard to pantry.

Why We Love It

Many honey roasted nuts rely on thick sugar coatings that mask the flavour of the nut. Stewart takes a lighter approach. The local raw honey creates a delicate caramelised finish, while the sea salt and organic cinnamon add depth without taking attention away from the naturally creamy, buttery macadamias.
