These small-batch, dry-roasted macadamias are grown, seasoned, and packed by hand at Ecodamia, a regenerative orchard nestled in Greens Creek, Queensland. Each nut is cracked fresh from the shell, gently roasted without oil, and tossed in a smoky, medium-heat chilli seasoning—just enough to wake up your tastebuds without overpowering the macadamia’s natural sweetness.
Perfect with an afternoon beer or as a flavour-packed addition to cheese boards and snack platters.
About the Grower
Stewart Neilson is the farmer behind Ecodamia, a 10-hectare macadamia orchard planted with 2,700 trees and over 18 varieties. Stewart grows all his macadamias chemical-free, without synthetic fertilisers or sprays, and processes them entirely on-farm—from tree to jar
Harvested using soft rakes and a low-impact finger-wheel harvester, the nuts are dehusked, air-dried, cracked, and colour-sorted before being roasted in small batches in Ecodamia’s certified processing facility. His regenerative farming approach preserves soil biology, pollinator habitats, and native understorey, ensuring each bag of macadamias reflects the ecology of the region.

FAQs
Are these roasted in oil?
No—they’re dry-roasted and then dried at a low heat to give them an extra crunch and preserving the macadamia’s delicate oils without adding anything extra.
Are these nuts spicy?
They have a gentle to medium heat—enough to warm the palate without overwhelming it.
Are they certified organic?
No, but they’re grown without any synthetic inputs. Stewart has completed his introductory organic audit and is on the path to “in-conversion” certification.
Do they contain any additives or preservatives?
No artificial ingredients—just macadamias, chilli, sea salt, and a pinch of spice.
