This organic pecan flour is made on the Huston family farm in Junction View, Queensland. Pecans are cold pressed for their oil, then the remaining nut solids are milled into a fine flour that is naturally reduced in oil. The result is a lighter style nut flour with a subtle pecan aroma and a softer beige colour.

FAQs
Is this pecan flour gluten free?
Pecans are naturally gluten free. This flour contains no glutinous grains and packed in a facility that does not store or pack glutinous grain.
Does it taste strongly of pecan?
As it has been milled after pressing, the pecan flavour and aroma has been split with the oil, leaving both with a milder version of a whole pecan
Can I replace wheat flour 1:1?
No. Use it as a partial replacement (for example 10 to 30 percent) to improve texture and depth.
Are the pecans used in this flour Australian grown?
Yes. 100 percent Australian organic pecans, grown and processed on the Huston family farm.
