This pump is super handy for dispensing the laundry liquid. One full pump is a bit much for my front loader but the amount dispensed is easy to control. The tubing is very long and at first I thought it was the wrong size and requested a replacement. Customer service was amazing and they offered to post a replacement out free of charge. Thankfully, I opted to swap it out at the Northey St Markets instead, because once I got the new one I realised that it was the same length and the excess tubing is meant to lay flat along the bottom of the 5L laundry liquid container. The only downside I have found is that a small amount of residual liquid tends to drip from the nozzle in between use. Otherwise I am very happy with this product and the service provided by Sovereign Foods.
