Made from spray-free fruit from Stanthorpe in Queensland to create this beautiful Quince Paste. Due to the long, slow growing season of quince they often get damaged during hail storms. These fruit show large indented scars and make them unsuitable for the fresh produce market. Ugly Duck are willing to spend some extra work in the kitchen to cut out all those damages and make use of the fragrant leftover fruit flesh.
