Great for sourdough starter and bread!

Love that it is heritage, organic and it feels good to support Australian farmers. I made the sourdough starter from scratch with it. That worked beautifully and incredibly fast. The bread tastes yummmyyyy!
Cost for bulk buy is good and I freeze some flour to avoid spoilage in muggy QLD conditions.
