Grown in Silkwood in tropical North Queensland, our Australian grown whole black peppercorns come from L & L Pepperfarms. This family-run farm – pioneered by brothers Levi & Louis – remains the only commercial pepper estate in Australia.
Today Donna Campagnolo continues the tradition, growing the pepper on-site in Silkwood’s humid climate. Every berry is hand-tended, harvested and dried right on the farm, ensuring authentic traceability of every batch.
Cultivation is 100% Australian-grown and pesticide-free. Ripe pepper are hand-picked in season and naturally sun-dried with no additives. The result is pure, chemical-free black peppercorns with an exceptionally crisp, aromatic flavour.
When ground, they release warm, spicy heat balanced by subtle citrus and pine notes. These whole peppercorns are perfect for grinders, rubs, sauces, marinades and any dish that needs a fresh, bold kick.
