Ugly Duck Fine Foods is a Brisbane‑based artisan producer founded by Michelle Mascher. Their mission is to transform Australian fruit and vegetables that would otherwise be discarded (due to colour, shape or size) into flavour‑packed condiments. Working directly with growers, they rescue surplus produce and turn it into small‑batch spreads, pastes and relishes—with no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
