Sencha is the most frequently consumed and well-known variety of Japanese green tea. It is a premium tea, produced using leaves from the summer to autumn harvests, creating a tea that has a full-bodied flavour and sweetness.
Ingredients: Australian grown green tea leaves
Flavour: Intense, sweet
To serve: Heat water to 70º - 80ºC, place tea leaves into your teapot or infuser. allow 1 teaspoon per person and 1 for the pot. Allow your tea to steep for around 2-3 minutes serve in your pre-warmed teacup. You should get 2 infusions per serve.
